January Detox

Like most people, my holiday season went a little off the rails.

I did my best to prepare green smoothies when possible, choose healthy salads at lunchtime, and maintain my regular workout schedule.

And for the most part, it worked. It was indeed a healthier holiday season than in years past.

However, there were many times I chose to indulge: truffle fries, toffee, birthday dinner at my beloved Le Pigeon, negronis, and lots and lots of bubbles. I was also traveling over the break, which meant lots of restaurant and hotel food — not super healthy.

So. Time to dial it down.

Clean it up.

Get back to regular, healthy habits.
