Is This Really a Detox Recipe?

For my 4th installment of the “5 Days, 5 Detox Recipes” series, I’m including a recipe for Turkey Bolognese.

Yes, Turkey Bolognese.

I know it doesn’t seem like a detox recipe, but my detox programs are definitely different than most.

For starters, we get to eat! And I don’t mean just carrot and celery sticks — we get to enjoy satisfying, hearty, flavorful meals.

One of the reasons many people are initially afraid of signing up for a detox is because they’re afraid they’ll be starving and cranky.

Which can be true, if you’re fasting or doing a juice cleanse.
