Today’s post is about the joy of eating, and specifically, the joy of eating more.
This post is perfect if you’ve ever thought:
– How can I eat less?
– How can I stay under ___ calories per day?
– The reason I can’t lose weight is because I suck at restricting calories.
– Skipping meals is the only way to lose or maintain weight.
– I don’t understand why I’m not losing weight. I skip breakfast, have a tiny lunch, and a small dinner.
At one time or another, I’ve asked myself these very questions. And sometimes — even after all of the work I’ve done around nutrition and healthy lifestyle coaching — I’ll find myself relapsing into these questions when my body isn’t right where I think it should be.
